We accept HSA and FSA Payments
If you have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture services, we can provide receipts (superbills) upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance company to inquire about your acupuncture benefits if you are unsure.
We are not currently in-network with any insurance companies, nor can we bill your insurance directly. Please feel free to reach out to discuss any questions you may have about navigating your out-of-network coverage for acupuncture treatment. We’re happy to help!
Pre-Visit Video Call: FREE
An optional 30-minute preliminary call is a great place to start. It allows us the opportunity to discuss your questions and to determine if working together feels like a good fit before you invest. We look forward to meeting you!
Initial Visit: $145
Your initial visit includes an in-depth discussion of your symptoms and and a treatment with acupuncture and/or other aligned modalities.
Extra time is allotted during your initial appointment for a detailed intake and review of your health history. This enables us to develop a treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Following your initial appointment, we will send you a detailed plan outlining your recommended course of treatment. This helps to avoid any surprises, and creates a foundation for whatever ongoing support may be appropriate.
Our highest aim is to provide individualized care that is both effective and collaborative.
Return Visits & Packages:
Single Return Visit: $105
3-Visit Package: $285 ($95/visit - a $30 savings!)
6-Visit Package: $540 ($90/visit - a $90 savings!)
Many of our patients choose a PACKAGE to save $10-15 per visit.
Packages are a great way to reduce the cost of treatment while also committing to care for you and your family - a win-win! Packages never expire. They are transferable within households, which means the whole family saves on every visit. They allow you the flexibility to schedule appointments when you need them and to pause appointments at any time. They are non-refundable once purchased. Packages can be purchased at any time after your initial visit.
Ask about our PAYMENT PLANS for packages. You may have the option to pay in installments depending on which package you select and the frequency of your appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in an automatic charge of $50. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergency, new illness, or unsafe driving conditions due to weather. If you will not be able to make your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
