We accept HSA and FSA Payments
If you have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture services, we are happy to provide receipts (superbills) upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many of our patients are able to receive partial reimbursement through out-of-network benefits. We encourage you to call your insurance company to inquire about your acupuncture benefits if you are unsure.
We are not currently in-network with any insurance companies, nor can we bill your insurance directly. You are welcome to check this page periodically as these policies may change in the future.

An optional 30-minute preliminary call is a great place to start. It allows us the opportunity to discuss your questions and to determine if working together feels like a good fit before you invest. We look forward to meeting you!

Your initial visit includes an in-depth discussion of your symptoms and goals, a treatment with acupuncture and/or other aligned modalities, and a recommended treatment plan.
Initial visits are scheduled for 60 minutes for children and 90 minutes for adolescents and adults.
Return Visits & Passes:
Single Return Visit: $105
5-Visit Pass: $475 ($95 each - a $50 savings!)
Most of our patients choose a MEMBERSHIP (see below) or 5-VISIT PASS to save $10-15 per visit.
Passes and memberships are a great way to reduce the cost of treatment while also committing to care for you and your family - a win-win! Passes never expire and are transferable within households. They allow you the flexibility to schedule appointments when you need them and to pause appointments at any time. They are non-refundable once purchased. Passes can be purchased at any time after your initial visit.
Return visits are scheduled for 20-30 minutes for children and 50-60 minutes for adolescents and adults.

Specific Terms:
Must enroll in autopay and agree to be charged $180/month.
TERMS FOR ALL MEMBERS:
Must purchase an initial visit prior to becoming eligible for membership.
Must enroll in autopay.
Must commit to 3 months. Cancel anytime thereafter with no additional commitment required.
Switch between membership levels at any time with no penalty.
Visits roll over for 3 months.
After 3 months of inactivity, membership will be automatically paused. Pre-paid visits will be preserved as credit to be used on your account toward a future membership, pass, or drop-in visits.
Payments made toward membership are non-refundable.

PRICING OPTIONS AT A GLANCE
CANCELLATION POLICY: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in an automatic charge of $50. Exceptions will be made in cases of emergency, new illness, or unsafe driving conditions due to weather. If you will not be able to make your appointment, please notify our office as soon as possible.
